    • Shipping by A or B mail via Swiss Post. Please note: No shipments on Fridays to avoid cacao being stored in postal warehouses over the weekend. For B mail, we also do not ship on Thursdays.
    • Free pickup available in Coppet, directly from our mailbox, by appointment.

    FRANCE

    • Shipping by mail via La Poste (France). Please contact us so we can inform you of the next available shipping date – shipments are generally made on Fridays.

    REST OF THE WORLD

    • Shipping by mail via Swiss Post.

  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us to check whether it has already been shipped. If it hasn’t, we can issue a refund, minus any applicable banking or transfer fees.

    Once the order has been shipped or delivered, we do not accept returns on food products — even if unopened — for hygiene and safety reasons.

    However, we take full responsibility for the quality of the products we offer. If you believe there is an issue with a food product purchased from us, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will do our best to find a fair and respectful solution.
