Delivery & Withdraw

SWITZERLAND

  • Shipping via Swiss Post, priority (A) or economy (B).
    Note: no shipments on Fridays to avoid cacao being stored in a postal warehouse over the weekend. For economy shipments (B), we also do not ship on Thursdays.

  • Free pickup available in Coppet, directly from our mailbox, by appointment.

FRANCE

  • Shipping via French Post.

Please contact us so we can confirm the shipping day — we usually send parcels on Fridays.

  • Shipping via Swiss Post.

Cancellations & Returns – Food Products

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us first to check whether it has already been shipped.

If it has not yet been sent, we can proceed with a refund, minus any applicable banking or transfer fees.

​

Once the order has been shipped or delivered, we do not accept returns on food products, even if unopened, for hygiene and safety reasons.

​

However, we take full responsibility for the quality of the products we offer. If you believe there is a problem with a food item purchased from us, please contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to find a fair and respectful solution.
