These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all orders placed on the One Love Cacao website, managed by One Love Creation Association, based in CH-1296 Coppet (Switzerland).

By placing an order, you unconditionally accept these terms.

Prices and payment

All prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF).
If a “VAT” mention appears at checkout, it does not refer to an official value-added tax. This label is used for technical reasons linked to the website’s configuration, and the amount indicated is solely to cover transaction feesbetween the online payment platform and the bank account of the One Love Creation Association.

Payment is made at the time of ordering using the payment methods offered on the site.

Shipping

Deliveries are made in Switzerland and internationally, according to the terms specified at checkout. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and returns – Food products

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us to check if it has already been shipped.
If it has not yet been dispatched, we can issue a refund, minus any applicable banking or transfer fees.

Once the order has been shipped or delivered, we do not accept returns on food products, even if unopened, for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, we fully stand by the quality of the products we offer. If you believe there is a problem with a food product you purchased from us, please contact us as soon as possible: we will do our best to find a fair and respectful solution.

 

Liability

The One Love Creation Association disclaims all liability for improper use of the products. Our products are not intended to replace medical treatment or professional health advice.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTCS are governed by Swiss law (CO – Swiss Code of Obligations).
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is in canton Vaud, Switzerland.
