👐 Transformation: Fermented beans, sun-dried, gently warmed over a wood fire, hand-peeled, and finely ground in the village mill — traditionally used for maize paste.
🌳 Artisanal “tree-to-bloc” transformation, with no additives or industrial processes.
✋ Handmade in Guatemala.
