The molinillo,
an ancestral companion of cacao
The molinillo is a traditional wooden tool that has been used for centuries in Mexico and Central America to prepare cacao beverages. Rolled between the palms of the hands, it helps bring the cacao back into motion, blend spices, and create a light foam on the surface of the drink.
Far more than a simple utensil, it is part of a living tradition passed down from generation to generation.
Discover its story in our blog article: “The Molinillo: When Cacao Becomes a Dance.”
