Cultivated by a collective of Mayan farming families in the Suchitepéquez region, this fine Criollo cacao of Mayan lineage reveals soft and fruity aromas that vary slightly from one harvest to the next,
and carries a subtle yet powerful energy,

directly linked to the Presence of the Plant.

Entirely hand-crafted with deep respect for ancestral knowledge,
each step of the process is guided by awareness and care.
The beans ferment in banana leaves,
then dry slowly under the sun.
They are gently warmed over a wood fire,
just enough to soften the shell and allow for manual peeling —
a know-how lovingly carried by the women.

Finally, the beans are finely ground in the village mill,
giving birth to a pure, vibrant and living paste:
a ceremonial-grade cacao, rooted in the Earth
and ready to nourish body, heart and soul.
