The granules do not fully dissolve in water, even when hot.
This does not affect the taste, but for a smoother and creamier texture, we recommend preparing it with warm plant-based milk, using a shaker or blender.

🌱 Origin: Guatemala
🌕 Variety: Criollo
👐 Production: Fermented beans, sun-dried, gently heated over a wood fire, hand-peeled and then finely ground in the village mill — the same one traditionally used to prepare the corn dough for tortillas. Reduced into granules from pure paste, without processing or separation.
🌳 Whole cacao in granule form with its natural butter.
