👐 Processing: Fermented beans, sun-dried, gently heated over a wood fire, hand-peeled and then finely ground in the village mill — the same one traditionally used to prepare the corn dough for tortillas. 

🌳 Artisanal tree-to-block, with no additives or industrial treatment.
